Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Rings must be in their original packaging and all other items must be wrapped individually in bubble wrap to ensure that they will not bang into each other while shipping. We will no longer accept any returns or exchanges if there are any dings, dents or scratches due to improper packaging or installation.

Disclaimer:

We do not require that rings are lapped.  If you lap the rings, verify that they are the correct size and height. Once lapped they will be unavailable for refund or exchange.

Refunds/Exchanges:

Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policy. If exchanging, we will ship out your new product.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty:

We warranty all products made, if your item is damaged/defective/malfunctioning we will send you a return shipping label so that we can examine your item, if we are unable to fix, we will replace your item with a new product.
